American Eagle announces a new program to expertly train distributors at a two day course at the headquarters located in New Bern, NC. The curriculum is designed for distributors or end-users to thoroughly sharpen their installation and application skills through classroom lectures and actual field demonstrations.
Instructors will evaluate student progress and provide real time critiques to ensure students maximize their knowledge and acquired practical experience.
The mission of these specially designed workshops is to hone the distributor’s expertise to enable our partners to provide the best solutions for their end-user customers. AEM training is aimed at all levels of experience and responsibility from field installer to sales personnel. Each day’s session consists of classroom review of common conveyor issues like carryback, spillage or load zone containment. Then various possible solutions are discussed and illustrated, followed by hands-on instruction using real-world conveyor components.
Our professional staff will demonstrate state-of-the-art best practices that will translate to success in the field in your marketplace.
American Eagle can craft a course of instruction to meet a particular plant or territory requirements. Tell us about your sales or operational challenges and we’ll teach you how to determine the issues and to pinpoint workable solutions.
